CBA   This years all stars are well represented.  Chosen by HAL, the managers would then do what they must to bring home the honors of the toughest Conference.
 
For now by rights of the recent world series successes enjoyed by Clemente, they own the bragging rights as best conference in CBA.  The All Star game, could help solidify or alter the 'common' perception.
