Infractions Page
In review. I am just getting to this case now. Work has been treacherous
and intense.
The facts are.
*San Diego's Joe Wallace sent 2 emails. to my own email address, and the
CBA_List.
The first was block 11 in which Donnie Murphy AND Joel Zumaya was clearly
activated.
*There was no further email until this current block 16 CM issued along with
Joe's explanation.
*In between Joe explains he was on assignment thus the delayed response.
*Joe Wallace states the game has been 'buggy' and that he, Murphy was
deactivated.
After studying carefully, and reviweing the prior CM's the evidence is clear
that Murphy was activated by Mr Wallace who is indeed responsible to ensure his
CM is proper upon release.
Several GM's have sent revisions which were honored after they self checked and
noted discrepancies. A GM thinking he deactivated a player is not sufficient
proof, the block 11 CM on record is.
As other players have asked and arranged, their CM's were sent in advance of
assignments or vacations. I can easily recall several players including, John
Miller, Wolfman Shapiro, Mike Koepp, Dennis Concepcion, Scott Kenan, within the
past season, plus more who have made arrangements in that regard to ensure
their usage and playability. CBA will not accept business assignments causing
usage overages as a mitigating factor. Usage is set at 100% strictly as each at
bat has a distinct effect on our pennant races.
The effect on our statistical database has been irreparably harmed as these
players have had a significant impact on the game replays, statistics, and
ultimately our playoff picture. It is an accomlishment that JD Adams caught
these when he has.
I am upholding the penalties
