Trade season is currently open, and remains open through February 11th which trades
will freezes in preparation for upcoming draft. The draft will commence online in a
designated yahoo chat room this season for rounds 1 and 2 only. All GM's will be
asked to attend. Teams will be limited this year by the amount of RFA's allowed.
Last season it was 4 per team. This year it will be limited to 2 players. Please trade
and draft accordingly.

The time will set for 8:30 pm eastern time Sunday evening February 18th, 2006.
Non attendees must submit a proxy list to league office or arrange a proxy manager
to select for you. GMs will have 2 minutes per choice only before SuperHal make
the choice for you.
